The action is organized by World Horse Transport.

Participation in action
1.    Participation in the action is free of charge.
2.    Participation takes place when World Horse Transport is tagged in a photo message.
3.    One-time participation per person.
4.    Participation in actions is only available to persons 18 years of age or older.
5.    Employees of World Horse Transport are excluded from participating in actions.
6.    The action is not valid in combination with other offers, markdowns or discounts.
7.    The duration of actions and the time of announcement of the winner(s) will be mentioned on social media.
8.    World Horse Transport is at all times authorized to change action conditions in the meantime or to stop the actions without giving a reason.
9.    The value cheque is for a one-time use.
10.  The actions only applies to national and international road transports within the European Union.
11.    When participating in the action, the participant declares to agree with the above action conditions.

Personal details
1.    Personal data of participants will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation.
2.    Dutch law applies to the action.
 
Winner
1.    The winner of the action will be chosen by a draw.
The winner will be announced in the second or third week of December.
2.    The winner of the action will be personally notified via the social media channel on which the promotion took place.
3.    If the winner does not report within one week of the announcement, a new winner will be designated.
4.    World Horse Transport is authorized to exclude persons from participation in case of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
5.    Participants who have not won will not be notified.
6.    It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product or amount of money.
