All our activities are subject to our general terms and conditions, which have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce, as well as with the registry of the District Court in Zwolle (Netherlands), most recently filed version. You can download these on the right side of the page.

Subjects that are not covered in our general terms and conditions are subject to the General Transport Conditions (AVC) for transports within the Netherlands. International transports are subject to the CMR conditions, where these supplement our general terms and conditions.
